Hello Seniors! We are getting so close to Graduation, and we wanted to provide you with a few important reminders and details.

The Senior Trip is Planned for May 9th. Only those students who have purchased tickets are permitted to attend. Students will ride the bus to and from Hershey Park. All school rules apply while attending the Senior Trip.

Exams begin on May 15th

Graduation Rehearsal

All Seniors are expected to attend all graduation practices for the entirety of the practice. Attendance will be taken at each practice. Please arrange work schedules to attend practices.  

May 19th- Graduation Practice starts at 11:05am in the Auditorium. Dismissal 2:00pm

May 20th- Graduation Practice starts at 11:05am in the Gym. Dismissal 2:00 PM

May 21st- Senior Breakfast at 7:25 am in the cafeteria. (Sponsored by the PTSA)

 Senior Awards walkthrough at 8:05 am- starting in the cafeteria, walking to the auditorium. Last-minute talk-through and reminders.

May 22nd- All Graduates in the cafeteria by 7:30AM in graduation attire for Senior Awards.
                    8:00-9:30AM Senior Awards

                    9:45 AM - Senior Walkthrough at Bakersfield

                    10:30 AM - Last Graduation Walk-through, final obligations, ticket distribution, and senior banner distribution

                    11:45 AM - Senior Picnic

May 27th -Graduation at APGFCU Arena at 6:00PM. All Graduates MUST arrive no later than 5:15 PM. No Graduates will be permitted to enter after 5:45 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Graduation Practice Reminders

  1. Wear Comfortable clothes and shoes as we will practice the processional and recessional. Bring a sweatshirt as the gymnasium may be cold.
  2. Appropriate behavior is expected throughout all practices and events.

Graduation Reminders

  1. Any person entering the arena for graduation must have a ticket (including infants).
  2. Caps are not permitted to be decorated per HCPS policy.
  3. Parking can be overcrowded at HCC. Please consider riding together with other Graduates.
  4. All personal belongings of the graduates should be given to a family member and not brought into the auxiliary gymnasium.

Do not make any choices that could result in behavioral consequences and removal from the graduation ceremony.
