This is Mr. Quigg, principal of Aberdeen High School calling with an important schedule change for the football games this evening.
The Varsity football game against Elkton has been rescheduled for 4:00 p.m. today, Friday, September 16, 2022. The JV football game, previously scheduled to begin at 4:00 p.m. today, will be rescheduled later in the season. We will provide more information about the JV football game as soon as it is available. This schedule change has become necessary as our law enforcement partners have shared that they have become aware of rumors in the community of potential violence between specific students. The schedule change will allow us to have additional staff on site for the safety and security of our students.
