Connect 5 Outreach November 22, 2021

Good evening,

 This is Mr. Holley, Assistant Principal at Aberdeen High School with a couple of important announcements.


On Tuesday, November 23, from 3-5:30 or until all food items have been distributed. there will be a drive through food distribution for our Aberdeen High School families. It will be at the main entrance car loop near the flag pole. Food items provided will be non-perishable items. Families will need to identify student’s ID number (lunch pin number) for verification and pickup. If you are unable to participate in this distribution, please refer to our school website and/or social media pages to scan the QR code to request assistance.


Any student wishing to participate in winter sports/extracurricular activities who received a failing grade during marking period one is now officially ineligible to practice or compete. Students must request an appeal hearing by going to our school website, under the athletics tab, and completing the Microsoft Forms request link found on that page. The deadline to request an appeal hearing is Wednesday, November 24 @ 8:00. Hearings are being scheduled for Monday, November 29 starting at 2:15. Students who are granted an appeal hearing will receive an email confirmation no later than 10:00 on Wednesday.


Finally, on behalf of Principal Quigg and the entire school staff of Aberdeen High School, we wish you and your family an enjoyable holiday break. It is our hope that this short time away from school will be spent safely with family and friends.
