Good evening Eagles,

This is principal Quigg reaching out with a few reminders:

As we begin welcoming students back to the building on Monday, we are asking that each student review their cohort assignment in the Home Access Center and the cohort calendar that has been posted on our website and social media pages.  For students returning in-person to school, we wanted to extend a few reminders:

• All students returning to in person learning must have a signed Covid-19 Parent Acknowledgement form on file. • Students are reminded to bring their laptops with them each day along with their laptop charger cord.  Additionally, students should have headphones or earbuds to allow them to fully engage in hybrid instruction.
• Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle with them to school as our water fountains will not be in use.
• Last and most importantly, all students should be reminded that while in the school setting social distancing will be enforced whenever and wherever possible.  Students are to wear masks that always cover their face and nose, except when eating breakfast and lunch.  Bandanas do not qualify as appropriate face covering. Whenever possible students are encouraged to wash or sanitize their hands.

Due to a USDA waiver all students are eligible for free breakfast and lunch for the remainder of the school year.  Please be reminded that students are prohibited from ordering food from an outside vendor and having it brought or delivered to the building.

One last reminder, all students are encouraged to use the School Bus locator which is found on the HCPS website to identify their appropriate bus number and pickup time.  Additionally, students that reside in the Beech Creek Community, please use the School Bus Locator on the hcps.org website to get important updates on bus service for this community.  The updates may include a new bus number, bus stop location and transportation schedule.  

We are so excited to have students back in the building again, almost a year to date of the day you left!
