Connect 5 Ourtreach November 11, 2020

This is Michael Quigg, Principal of Aberdeen High School reaching out with an important announcement.

As you know, due to the rising metrics of COVID-19 cases in Harford County, we will be moving to all virtual instruction on Monday, November 16th.  I wanted to provide some specific information as it pertains to our school.

The last day for in-person students will be tomorrow, Thursday, November 12th.  Friday, November 13thand all Fridays during virtual instruction will remain as our asynchronous day with no more than 30-minute assignments provided by each teacher.

We do recognize that some families may have issues with internet connectivity.  A Connectivity Hub has been established for students at Aberdeen High School and for those at Aberdeen Middle School.  Please note that Aberdeen Middle school students will be housed at Aberdeen High School.  This will begin on Monday, November 16, 2020.  Transportation is available for students who do not have reliable internet at home.  If you are signed up for the Connectivity Hub already, you will receive a call from the Transportation Office for pick up times and locations this week.  If you need any support or assistance, please contact the school at 410-273-5500.

Thank you and have a good night.

Michael Quigg
