We need your and your parent or guardian's permission before we can submit your transcript to colleges.  Please complete the Transcript Release Form prior to requesting transcripts in Naviance!

Naviance is where you will:

Need Money for College? 

Do you need help filling out the FAFSA? The FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.  HCC is offering two virtual workshops to help students complete the FAFSA. You must register using this link.  If you plan to attend college in the 2022-2023 school year, you should fill out the FAFSA.  Filling out the FAFSA may qualify you for scholarships and other sources of funding to pay for your education!

Virtual Financial Aid Nights with HCC

Wednesdays, October 6, 20 & November 3  5:30 p.m.

High school students are welcome to attend any of the virtual Financial Aid workshops on the dates listed above. You only need to attend one session but may attend multiple times if you wish. Registration is required; click here to register. Federal Aid information is also available at 1.800.4.FEDAID or www.studentaid.gov.

Go to virtualcollegefairs.org to the see the list of participating colleges. Then log in on to attend Zoom sessions, text your questions, and demonstrate interest... all without leaving home.

What a great way to connect with hundreds of colleges in a short amount of time to learn about majors, scholarships and more!

This short video and this quick start guide provide an overview of how to make the most of your fair experience. 

Pro Tip: Start tagging the Zoom sessions you want to attend by clicking the Remind Me button. This will add the sessions to your My Schedule tab for each fair date. 

Scheduled Meetings and Text Chat

You can schedule a one-on-one meeting with a college admission representative. Just go to the college's profile page and click on the "Schedule a Meeting" button to choose a date and time. You can also send chat messages to any college's admission office by clicking the "Chat" button.

  • List of Participating Colleges – Click on "Colleges" to find a list of colleges and universities that will be available. List of Zoom Sessions – Click on "Sessions" to see when colleges will offer presentations. Start tagging the ones you want to attend. The "My Schedule" tab will list the ones you chose.

  • Workshops – NACAC also offers Zoom sessions. These are 30-minute, informative workshops on financial aid and other topics. Enter "nacac" in the "search by college" field to find workshops scheduled for each fair.
